Do I need to notify incase of delay or last minute cancelation?
To report any delay or last minute cancelations,please contact our customer service by email jamboafriktales@gmail.com or by phone if the delay is shorter than 24 hours. Please ensure to inform AERORENT incase of any changes to your travelling schedule to ensure that we can adapt as well.
How do I choose time for bag drop,pick up or collect?
while booking please specify exactly what time you will need your bags picked or collect the Item. For example from the moment the flight arrives till bagage collection might take around 30 mins,it can be shorter or longer depending on time or how busy the airport is. Aerorent staff will be eagerly waiting infront of Arrivals door to drop your rental items or receive your bags.
Can Items be delivered to my location?
Yes we will deliver the item to your location and extra service fees applies.Please contact us for more information because the delivery fees for items varries.
How do I modify or change my reservation?
If you have completed your reservation and would like to add items or change your reservation. You have possibility to do it via Personal space ,My reservations,click modify .Please contact our customer services at jamboafriktales@gmail.com incase of any difficulties .
